CMA Planning are delighted to have secured two approvals at the London Borough of Waltham Forest's September Planning Committee meeting, with both schemes being brought forward by the Council to deliver much needed new temporary accommodation. The two sites at Trumpington Road and Cecil Road form part of Waltham Forest's Asset Transformation Strategy, where the Council has identified a number of surplus or underutlised sites to be released to meet local needs. Together the two schemes will deliver 30 high-quality new temporary homes, plus energy and sustainability enhancements, and landscaping works, including new child play space.
